You can acheive this by using Venmo App ( Wusah Massage) or Cash App ($wusahmassage). This fee can only be paid through these Apps, are Non-Refundable and the fee will be applied to the cost of your service.

PNF ( Proprioceptive Neuromusclar Facilitation )

This advanced massage technique, which uses a combination of passive stretching and isometric contractions (gentle resistance) is used to break neuromuscular holding patterns to help rest muscle holding patterns and overall length. It is used to make quick gains in range of motion to help athletes and tight individuals relax muscles and improve performance. With proper muscle resting length and good joint range of motion, you'll have better biomechanics, less fatigue and decrease overuse injuries.

Student Athlete Massages

Sports massage focuses on preventing injury, relieving soreness and helping speed up muscle recovery. By flushing out toxins and waste products allowing oxygen-rich blood to be transported into the muscles and tissues. Active-isolated stretches are also used to increase range of motion. Hot and cold therapy may be included with this service.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a traditional massage modality which employs effleurage and percussion techniques. This is the classic massage style that has proven effective for years in providing stress relief, pain reduction, and increased mobility for trouble spots. Deep Tissue Massage

$95.00 for 65 min.
Deep tissue massage services employ greater pressure and work along specific muscular zones to relieve deep knots and tension that has built up in your body. This form of massage can also facilitate the release of lactic acid in your muscles to detoxify and improve circulation. Deep tissue massage is recommended for individuals who have received massage therapies previously and desire a deeper and more intense massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage services employ smooth, tumbled stones which are heated and applied to key points on your body to achieve maximum therapeutic effectiveness for your massage service. Experience the healing power of heat combined with a fabulous, rejuvenating massage experience.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the process of infusing essential botanical oils into the air to promote relaxation and achieve other therapeutic effects. Aromatherapy can usually be added to massage and bodywork services to enrich and complete your experience.

Prenatal Massage

$75.00 for 60 min.
This specialized massage service is provided to help mothers-to-be with the aches and pains that accompany pregnancy. Sore feet, stress, back pain, and other symptoms can be positively influenced through massage. Our trained therapists have the knowledge and equipment required to provide a safe and effective massage for expecting women.

Body Care

Rejuvenating body care services utilizing the finest products available.

Mineral Salt or Sugar Scrub

$65.00 for 75 min
This treatment uses a body scrub or your choice to smooth away dulling debris on the entire body while restoring vital nutrients to tired skin. A combination of exfoliating salts and essential oils are used to smooth the skin, relax stressed muscles and sooth the senses. The mineral sea salt is applied to the body and wiped off with warm steamed towels on a heated spa table for added comfort. This treatment is followed by a 20 min Swedish massage.

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments booked require a $40.00 Booking Fee paid before the appointment can be confirmed. A confirmation messaage will be sent when the booking fee has been received.  You can acheive this by going to the Venmo App  ( "@wusahmassage") or Cash App ("$wusahmassage"). This fee will be applied to the cost of your service.

* NOTE: Booking Fees are non-refundable for NO SHOWS.

ARRIVING

I recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to give yourself time to relax , ask questions and get yourself acclimated to our calm environment.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

In order to provide you with quality service and to ensure you receive your full time, please arrive ahead of time. For late arrivals, your session time will be adjusted so that scheduling will not be conflicted.

 

HYGIENE

To get the full benefit of your session, I ask that you shower prior to your appointment.

 

CANCELATIONS

Please give 24 hour cancellation notice by text. If you feel ill in any way, please text to cancel your appointment immediately.
* If you cancel your appointment within the policy's time frame, the booking fee will be used for your next appointment. After a confirmed cancellation, you have 10 days from that date to reschedule.
